A confident smile is the best accessory you can wear

Isn’t smile the first thing that people notice about you? A perfect set of pearly whites can give you just the confidence you need. Having a beautiful smile also affects your social life as well as your future.

A smile doesn’t only make you look good its also an instant mood booster. Smiling, even when you don’t feel like, improves your mood. It also brings down your blood pressure and stress levels. So next time you feel like pulling out your hair just smile instead. Smiling often even improves your immunity and acts as a mild painkiller.

How does a simple smile do so many things?

Every time you smile your body releases Endorphins and other ‘happy hormones’. These hormones help to reduce your pain, stress and blood pressure. They relax your muscles and give you a general sense of well-being. All your bodily systems work better in a relaxed environment and thus improve your immunity.

This is why Douglas Horton has said – Smile, it’s the best therapy.

Behind every beautiful smile is a perfect set of teeth.

Your teeth not only help you to smile but also perform important functions like chewing, speaking and giving a structure to your face. Tilted, cavity ridden, chipped or missing teeth will completely change your smile and impair its functional uses.
